Outlook Template

One of the very useful features in Outlook if you send some kind of message frequently is the feature of pinning templates in Outlook on the desktop Taskbar list.

To install a specific template we will follow these steps:

1- We choose to create a new email message “New Email”.

2- We write within it the message that we send constantly to form a fixed template.

3- We select “File”.

4- Choose Save As.

5- We note that Outlook takes us to the “Template” file and if it does not take us by default, we choose the “Template” file ourselves and then change the file format to “Outlook Template”.

6- Before you close completely, copy the file link from the top.

7- We go to our computer, paste the link we copied, and ensure the file exists.

8- To install the template, we click with the right mouse button on the Outlook icon in the toolbar and note that the template’s name is present in the list, so we click on the installation icon.

9- If the Outlook version is old, we can install the template by dragging the email and placing it in the Outlook icon in the taskbar.

In both cases, we get the following form:

10- To use the template, we right-click on the Outlook icon in the taskbar, and then click on the name of the template, and it appears in the form of a sent email.

Note: You can also store the addressee’s email, subject, and CC with the template.
